CommentsI really like the image quality, dept of field and focus of this shot , as well as the colour contrast due to the black underground.
I just don't think that this can still be called nature photography since the scenery is completely arranged, thus this should perhaps go to still life. -- Kind regards, Frank Enjoy my last News Article 'Finest Macro, Nature and Invertebrates in Squares' sehr geiles Bild , perfekt im Fokus.

we will start off with the obvious, this is a very common type of photo, not much is original about this one. What really saves this photo from all the others is the surface that the flower and water is laying on. I really like that surface.
I also really like that small puddle on the lower left of the flower, that is really nice, it definitely adds to the droplets.
The focus is good, though the pedal on the left is a little soft and the stamen (if that is what they are called) in the center part of the flower on it's right is a little soft too. The DOF is nice too, I like how the very front is soft in focus with the back soft as well, keeping the focus strictly on the flower.
The lighting is fabulous as well as the color
This is a very common photo, perhaps overdone, but they can still be very elegant, and you pulled that off
