This photograph's softness brings me a nice and warm feeling. The focus is just amazing, same the colors.
The reason I gave this photo only 4 stars at technique is that the flower is a bit centered and you should pay more attention to the rule of thirds.
A thing I really love about this photo are the flower's shadows over the water. If there weren't those ripples on the water I would have thought it's glass. They give such a nice and calm atmosphere, and the title fits just perfect, especially after you see the droplet on the fallen petal which is in focus :)
The bokeh in the background is also beautiful. I must admit, per total this photo is brilliant, one of your best :D

Oooh amazing work Andy. I'm no good in giving critiques but the cool color tone of the water plays in harmony with the warmer toned flower :)
