I love the idea, such a great concept and great execution of that concept.

The clear focus of the buildings in the glass, compared to the unfocused buildings in the background somehow seems to make a statement (though I don't know what exactly that is). But it's as if the water in the glass is truer than the actual world around it - because it reflects everything in crisp detail while the world around it is unfocused.

I also like the limited colours in this image. They all compliment each other and give the image a slightly dream-like quality, which is enhanced by the reflection of the clouds on the surface on which the glass stands.

The depth of field you chose definitely supports this composition and makes the image more effective and the slight vignette helps to focus the attention even more on the main subject by leading the eye into the center of the photo.

All in all this is a great conceptual photo.
